2.2 Product Returns and All Sales Final

In order to offer books and educational materials at significant discounts exclusively to programs serving children in need, the First Book Marketplace does not accept returns.

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly research titles and products before purchasing them.

Please review the quantity of each title in your shopping cart prior to checking out, as some titles are sold in carton quantities only.

If you have questions about a specific book, please contact us before placing your order. All sales are final.

2.3 Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

First Book reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Marketplace at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof—are owned by First Book, its licensors, or other providers of such material.

These materials are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

First Book, the First Book logo, "Eliminating Barriers. Inspiring Young Minds.", and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of First Book or its licensors.

You must not use such marks without prior written permission from First Book.

You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial use or legitimate business purposes related to your role as a Recipient Group.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site except as explicitly authorized by these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Site:
