(January 10, 2024)– First Book Canada has partnered with MiiApps Inc., the creators ofStoryMii, a platform that has made storytelling using AI a fun, exciting and educational experience for children. StoryMii empowers children to spark their imaginations by creating custom stories where they feel represented, connect with their interests, and find an emotional outlet when needed—all while making reading so enjoyable and fun that kids are excited to dive in. First Book Canada believes that for children, accessing stories and feeling connected to those stories is important to their learning and development. We support StoryMii’s three pillars: Ignite Imaginations, Enlighten Minds, and Foster Futures.

It also offers specialized support for neurodivergent students, with tailored story creation and accessibility features to meet diverse learning needs. The platform hosts a lively community where users can explore thousands of free stories, all crafted by kids, making Story Mii a vibrant hub for inspiring young minds in today’s digital landscape.
